For all of your food and beverage needs in our top end hospitality rooms or at the Nitro Grill, Centerplate has you covered. From crispy chicken wings and nachos, to funnel cakes and slushies, you will find it all at our races and events.

Lucas Oil Raceway will post specials going on at our concessions during Wild Wednesdays, oval track races, Brown’s Oil E.T. Bracket Series, and other events.

For non-profit organizations looking to raise funding…
Lucas Oil Raceway presents an opportunity for fundraising by working with Centerplate. The food services offered by Centerplate are in high demand by the patrons enjoying many events hosted by Lucas Oil Raceway. These events include the Dodge//SRT NHRA U.S. Nationals, NHRA Lucas Oil Drag Racing Series, and many other events and races.

In order to join our team, all you need is a group of people who want to have fun and have a Non-Profit Tax Identification number (this is not the same as a tax-exempt number).

Your organization can obtain a tax identification number through the United States Internal Revenue Service. The number is necessary along with a certificate of insurance. Our management team cannot wait to train and work with your church, school, club, team, or civic organization!

By working in a concession stand you have the potential to earn a commission based on your net sales. The base contract percentage is 8% but can go higher when in compliance with stand cleaning procedures and producing early gate lists. Checks will be made out to the group organization and delivered within three weeks after the event.
